There are two races left in the Vets Series and the Club is targeting a strong turn-out for both.

The first race is the Vets Championship in Alford, Aberdeenshire on 8th August and the second is the Ivy CC Auld Yins & Ladies race at Balfron on 22nd August.

It would be great to get as good an entry in as we can for both and then work as a Team to get a result.

If you're interested then get your entry in and let everyone know via this post.

Entry Details here:

Oliver, I'm kinda interested in the Balfon race and putting in a shift but don't want enter if I can't contribute. As a gauge, which sat group would be an indicator of pace that I need to be at, and does anyone have an idea of the terrain?

Hi Chris
If you can stick in the 9.40 group you should find the pace of a vets race ok. Its a course with a few hills so the field may well split up to form chasing groups of various ability. Hope you can make it. I can't recall the course too well, does anyone else know the details?
