Wednesday Evening Road Training Session

I am organising a road training session at Silverknowes on Wednesday 6th April. The session is open to all ERC racing or potential road racing members and will start promptly at 6:30pm. The members of the ERC squad will be there but I will try and ensure you are placed in a group related to your current strength.

We meet at the bench just outside the Golf Clubhouse at approximately 6:15 to get sorted out for a start at 6:30. I don't anticipate the session lasting longer than an hour.
