The Alternative Saturday Ride

I wanted to let you all know there is a new 90 minute spinning class at Lifescycle,Bonnington Mill Business Centre, Edinburgh EH6 5QG. I teach this class alongside James Mason another keen rider.
It takes place on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am (yeah I know it is early!) It is structured with the road cyclist in mind ie plenty of endurance work. If you are short on time then this could be an alternative to the longer Saturday ride.

The best bit is the first class is free, if this is your first visit to Lifescycle!
