WARNING - Pencaitland Railway Walk
« on: July 03, 2017, 04:26:17 PM »
A word of warning to anyone looking to use the Pencaitland Railway Walk starting from Cousland, the farmer has been dumping several huge trailer loads of shit (literally!) at the bottom of their field and it has run down and covered the path!
Its a good few inches deep and a good 30-35 mtrs long.

You cannot go around it and have to go through it, but I would recommend to just avoid that section of the path if you can.
Its just before the first gate and about 3/4 mile from the start under the trees and almost directly down from the farm, hopefully you can see where on this map -

Dont say you haven't been warned!

Here is a picture of half the shit, the other half is behind me!

Club champion 2 years in a row.

Thats free wheeling champion!

Dont mess.

This can be reported to council and potentially SEPA if near watercourses
