The ERC team vehicle is available for use by members for attendance at events from 1 March 2008 to 30 September 2008. Subject to this policy and any terms and conditions laid down and approved by the club committee.

1. All bookings must be made through the vehicle custodian, Simon Towler (e-mail s.towler@sky.com, home phone 0131 669 0193, and address 61 Joppa Road, Edinburgh EH15 2HB).

2. Bookings can be made only by (first claim) club members.

3. All drivers must be over 25 and hold a full, current UK Driving licence.

4. All drivers must have been approved in advance to be included on the Glen Rental insurance list. This requires submission of the original paper licence to the vehicle custodian at least 4 weeks prior to the planned trip.

5. In order to allow efficient procedures to be followed, bookings should normally be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the planned date of use.

6. Users must comply with the terms and conditions of use.

7. Bookings of the vehicle will be prioritised on the following basis:-

1^st Priority ERC Race Organisers
2^nd Priority ERC Women's Squad for target races, ie Supr6, National and Scottish TT Champs.
3^rd Priority ERC Men's squad for target races, ie Supr6 and Scottish RR Champs.  
4^th Priority Any Scottish Championships with an ERC entering more than one rider
5^th Priority Any other competitive race event.
6^th Priority Any other cycling event, e.g.  Sportives.
7^th Priority Any other Club cycling trip .e.g. Social ride to Arran

8. In the event of a clash of dates which cannot be resolved by the above, the club President shall adjudicate.
