This is a FINAL CALL for the SWIMMING GALA this weekend (Sat 1st March)!!

This is a FINAL CALL for the SWIMMING GALA this weekend (Sat 1st March)!!

Its at St Leonards pool, Holyrood road (the old Moray house building). All the details are on the ERC website.

So far I have only had a few confirmed names so could you please read the following details and email me as soon as possible (Wed at the latest, or speak to me at the Tuesday swim session).

This is our chance to shine, or show off, against ET and Edinburgh Uni tri, both who have already had a significant number of confirmations. Please lets not be outnumbered by the other clubs.

The following races will be held, however, if time is short we may have to make some changes.

 50m, 100m, 200m

 Breast
 50m

 Back
 50m

 Fly
 50m

 IM
 100m

 Relay
 4 x 50m Female FC
 4 x 50m Male FC
 4 x 50m Mixed FC
 4 x 50 Mixed IM

 By Wed could you please;

 1.Let me know which races you want to do and what your estimated (guesstimated) time is

 2.Get your name down for a relay, and we can make up teams (this includes those of you who can only make it along later)

 3.Let me know if you don't want to swim, but are able to help with time keeping.

Remember its 1-4pm, with an early 15min warm up. The cost is £4 and this includes food afterwards at The TUN. And of course the award ceremony!

 So get organised, get fired up, get your acceptance speeches written and make it an excellent and really good fun event.
