Scottish Road Race Championships
Aidan crosses the line in 10th place.
A strong ride by Adian McIlroy in the Scottish Road Race Champs. Aidan was well supported by his ERC teamates throughout the day. Halfway through the race ERC formed a 5 man break with James McCallum (Plowman Craven) with 3 ERC riders represented. Tim Blathwayt was also prominent throughout the day in the initial 5 man break which was pulled in at the halfway point.
The race was eventually won by Evan Oliphant (Plowman Craven) with Gary Hand (Pedal Power) 2nd and John Kermod 3rd (Dundee Thistle). Aidan was also the 1st placed U23 rider.
The podium + podium girls.
