Outstanding Actions:

Things Presented & Agreed

  1. There was a discussion regarding rewarding riders who achieved. It was pointed out that the Triathlon Section already had a system in place. GG confirmed that rewarding riders who performed well had been discussed at the Men's Squad Management Committee and various options had been discussed. Agreed that it was appropriate for that Group to continue their discussions and if the rewards exceeded the Squad's budget then it would be discussed at Committee level.
  2. There was a discussion regarding Trade/new clubs failure to organise races. Agreed that it would be appropriate in the future to lobby Scottish Cycling about this.
  3. Brynley Davies and Morag Lamont gave details of the ongoing disagreement with ESCA and with Allister Watson regarding alleged missing track bikes.
  4. Phil Darby confirmed that the January clothing order was sent to the wrong person. A new ETA has been requested and at that point Phil will contact the individuals to see whether they wish to be refunded or proceed with their order.
  5. There was a discussion of several ERC related Facebook pages. It was agreed that it was almost impossible to monitor this.
  6. KW requested that there be attendance at the next ESCA meeting on 25 April 2011.
