Flying the Irish Flag for Nichlos Roche, I grew up watching his Dad win the Tour de France in 1987. Nichlos is a bit of an all rounder so he features quite a lot in a many of his races - What do you consider your best ride?

Thanks to everyone in the small army of volunteers who helped put on another highly successful day's racing at Gifford. Particular thanks to Stuart and Simon at The Tri Centre for providing vehicles and drivers for the convoy, and to Love Coffee of Gifford for their usual superb catering.
