A 75 miler across the South Hams in South Devon along to Blackpool Sands (Google image this!!), a fast route with rolling hills and the best scenary you could ask for. Can't be beat on a sunny day. - Anquetil or Poulidor?

This is the 'inspiration' music I would listen to in France going up Cols in the Pyrenees, now whenever on the turbo it brings back memories of the hard slog up those mountains and gives me the push to really go hard! - Favourite training ride?
Hill climbing on Dartmoor is always good, I haven't managed to get a distinguished training route up in Scotland yet. There are sme huge hills on Dartmoor (Holne, Widdecombe in the Moor are just two beasts).

Thanks to everyone in the small army of volunteers who helped put on another highly successful day's racing at Gifford. Particular thanks to Stuart and Simon at The Tri Centre for providing vehicles and drivers for the convoy, and to Love Coffee of Gifford for their usual superb catering.
