Saturday brick session this week

January 7th is our monthly triathlon Saturday Session, with a bike-run brick session at LifesCycle spin studios.
The cost of the session will be £5 to cover the cost of hiring the studio. The session is open to all abilities. RSVP required: please e-mail Martin at mpgore [at ] hotmail [dot] com - to book your place on the session! See the LifesCycle website for the location.
