2011 ESCA AGM Minutes
The 2011 AGM of the Association unanimously adopted a new constitution and accepted the interim executive's proposal to set the 2012 club affiliation fee at zero. The individual affiliation levy was kept at the zero rate set by the 2010 AGM.
(Note: these minutes have been edited leaving out some of the financial comments pending further comment on audit.)
The next ESCA meeting is scheduled for 7:30pm Wednesday 1st February at Eddleston Village Hall. ERC have been invited to send two club representatives. If anyone would like to attend this or future meetings please contact Jonny May - erc@edinburghrc.co.uk
