It's Wednesday again and that means it's run session day.
We'll meet on the track at Meadowbank for a 7pm warmp.
This evening's session is the last of this training block and the last at Meadowbank for a while. During this block we've focused on skills, pacing and injury prevention techniques in the warmup. As we move into the next block, the emphasis will be more on conditioning, building on the work already done.
As in previous years, most of the spring and summer sessions will be held at Galloping Glen in Queens Park.
So, if you haven't been along to the Wednesday sessions before and want to learn some fundamental skills or just sample the amazing mini hurdles, this is your last chance for a while.
Hope to see a few of you there this evening (and by a few, I dont just mean 2; as a club I'm sure we can do better than that).
