It's Wednesday so once again it is run session day. As usual, for the summer period, we'll meet for the warmup at 7pm at the bike rack by the top roundabout near Pollock Halls.

PS I noticed yesterday that someone is offering courses in "functional stability for runner and triathletes" or somesuch. We've been doing that in the warmup for the last 4 years. For free. If I wanted to blow my own trumpet I could say that the run sessions are evidence informed and leading edge. Those that have been coming along regularly have been getting results. ...See more
