The races are named in honour of our former club member Ben Forsyth. Ben won the British Circuit Race Championship in 2013 and his achievement has continued to inspire youth members of our club and others.

The Ben Forsyth C-R-Y Race Day incorporating the Scottish National Youth Circuit Series: Round 1, takes place on
Saturday, at Fife Cycle Park. This event is the club's second promotion of the year and begins at 10am with the under 10s and 8s with a duration of 15 min.

The last youth race of the day comprises a 4-up team time trial where those who have been selected for the Youth Tour of Scotland (U16&U14 boys and girls) will be able to practice their group riding skills against the watch in preparation to the same discipline in the following week's stage race.
